Laiba Irfan
Call Coordinator
Her work is triage in the non-clinical sense: understanding what you need, explaining what is available, and booking you with the clinician and at the site that fits. That includes telling you when a nurse appointment will do what you need at lower cost than a doctor appointment, and when it will not.
She also handles the practical questions that decide whether an appointment is useful: whether you need to fast before a blood test, what to bring to a visa medical, how long a report takes, and what a service costs before you commit to it.
