Everything We Offer, In One Place
From blood tests, health checks and vaccinations to sexual health, mental health assessments, aesthetics and day-case surgery. Search for what you need, or browse below. Every service is delivered by a named, GMC registered clinician at one of our ten UK clinics, and every price is published before you book. Some services you can book directly. Others need an assessment first, and we say which on the page rather than after you have paid.
If your symptoms are severe, sudden or life threatening, call 999 or go to your nearest A and E department. We are a private clinic, not an emergency service.

Everything You Need To Know About Our Clinics
The questions patients ask before booking. If yours is not here, call 0208 050 0379 and ask a person.
It depends on the service. Blood tests, health checks, most vaccinations and sexual health screens can be booked directly without a consultation first. Anything that needs a prescription, an assessment or a procedure starts with a consultation, because the clinician has to establish that the treatment is right for you before it is given. Each service page says which applies, so you are not booking the wrong thing.
Every price is published on its service page before you book, and there is no membership requirement. As a guide: a telephone consultation is £49, video £79 and in-clinic £95 with no strict time limit. A private prescription is £25. Letters, sick notes and certificates are £100. A Basic health screen is £295 and a Super Screen £495. Blood test, vaccination and treatment prices are listed on their own service pages.
Same day appointments are frequently available, in clinic, by telephone or by video, and availability differs by clinic, by service and by day. The booking system shows live availability for the clinic you choose, so check there. Telephone and video appointments are the most likely to be free at short notice, and some vaccinations depend on stock.
Yes. You can book a private GP appointment and be referred, and for some services you can book directly. A referral written after a proper assessment goes to the right specialty rather than the nearest one, which is usually faster overall than self-referring to the wrong clinic.
Book online for instant confirmation rather than a callback, call 0208 050 0379, or walk in during opening hours at clinics where walk-ins are offered. Online booking shows real available slots for the clinic you choose, so you can see the earliest appointment before you commit.
Most blood test results come back within 24 hours, and a clinician talks you through them rather than emailing a chart with no explanation. Sexual health results are usually same day to 48 hours depending on the test. Imaging and specialist reporting take longer and depend on the provider, so we give you a realistic date at the point of booking rather than a general promise.
It depends on what you need. Private care buys you time and speed: a longer appointment, a choice of clinician, and results in days rather than weeks. It does not buy you a different standard of medicine, and we will tell you when the NHS is the better route, particularly for emergencies, complex specialist care and anything requiring admission. You do not lose your NHS GP by seeing us.
No. We are a pay-as-you-go private service and you can book directly without a referral. If you have private medical insurance you may be able to claim the cost back from your insurer, and we can provide an itemised invoice. Check your policy first, because we do not bill insurers directly.
