Yes. A written summary is issued after every consultation. If you need another copy, or a copy sent to your NHS GP, ask the administration team.
Call the clinic as soon as you know. We will move the appointment to the next available slot. Late cancellation terms are set out in our booking terms.
Most blood test results come back within two to three working days, though some specialist tests take longer. You are told the expected timescale when the sample is taken, and contacted as soon as results are available.
Yes, with your consent. We will write to your GP so that your NHS record stays complete and any ongoing prescribing is coordinated.
