Merima Sadic
Practice Manager
The practice manager role covers the parts of a clinic patients notice only when they go wrong: appointment capacity, clinician rotas, equipment servicing, infection control records, information governance and the paperwork that sits behind Care Quality Commission registration.
She is the point of contact for anything that is not a clinical question, including invoices and receipts, insurance paperwork, subject access requests for your medical records, and complaints. If you have raised something and want to know where it has got to, she is the person to ask.
