Naima Khan
Senior Nurse
She describes nursing as more than clinical procedure: being present, lending a listening ear and offering a caring touch. In a private clinic that matters practically, because the nurse is often the person a patient spends the longest with, and the person they tell the thing they did not tell the doctor.
She advocates for her patients, keeps her practice current through evidence-based learning, and works closely with the wider clinical team so that care is coordinated rather than fragmented.
Her work is defined by kindness, competence and a steady dedication to the wellbeing of the people in front of her.
